She honed her skills by pursuing hotel management at the prestigious Oberoi School of Hotel Management, specializing in baking and confectionery.


At the young age of 24, Kainaz's family encouraged her to follow her dreams and open a small neighborhood cafe. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey. Today, Theobroma boasts over 60 outlets across six states in India, a remarkable achievement that underscores Kainaz's vision and leadership. Theobroma's success, with a turnover ranging from INR 100 Crores to 500 Crores and employing between 51 and 200 people, has made it a household name and a go-to destination for those seeking exceptional baked goods. The brand's recognition with the Bakery of the Year award in 2018 further solidifies its position as a leader in the industry.
