It all started with a realization—a quiet frustration shared by countless families: “Why does essential healthcare feel like a luxury for so many in India?”
Aman Singh Solanki grew up witnessing neighbors and friends delaying treatments—not because they wanted to, but because reaching medical help meant navigating bad roads, long distances, and overloaded hospitals. It wasn’t inconvenience—it was injustice.

Determined to change this, Aman, along with two friends from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, decided to bring healthcare home. Thus began the journey of Igoko Avionics Solutions Private Limited and its flagship project: NIRIKSHAKK—meaning “The Watcher” in Sanskrit.
From Scratch to Success: The Birth of NIRIKSHAKK
What began as late nights and endless cups of chai turned into one of Delhi’s most promising healthcare revolutions. They coded during the day, pitched at night, and faced every challenge that comes with building a startup from scratch.
Soon, people started using NIRIKSHAKK in their everyday lives. Grandparents checked their blood pressure from their living rooms. Young parents monitored their children’s fevers before rushing to work. Working professionals ordered diagnostic tests before sunrise. Each interaction told a story of early detection and timely care, reminding the team why they started.
One particular case stood out: a patient experiencing irregular vital disbalance used NIRIKSHAKK to consistently monitor their health. With real-time updates and alerts, the system helped regulate and stabilize their vitals, ensuring timely medical attention and preventing escalation. Moments like these fueled the mission.
The Roadblocks That Shape Real Entrepreneurs
The journey wasn’t glamorous. Investors hesitated. Hospitals were cautious. The team worked through doubts, fatigue, and empty bank accounts. But they refused to break. They brought local doctors on board, cut upfront costs, and trained community workers to demonstrate the devices door to door.
Gradually, the vision caught on. Medical labs joined as partners. The team expanded from three to twenty passionate individuals.
Where NIRIKSHAKK Stands Today
Today, NIRIKSHAKK is more than a startup—it’s a movement. AI-powered diagnostics. Real-time remote consultations. Partnerships with NGOs and government schemes extending deep into rural India.
Aman believes that if he could start again, he would focus on community outreach from day one because building a business is not just about products—it’s about trust.
As he stands in the bustling Igoko Avionics Solutions office, surrounded by innovation blueprints and handwritten thank-you letters, one thing is clear:
NIRIKSHAKK isn’t just a company. It’s a healthcare revolution—bringing hope, saving lives, and turning technology into compassion. One heartbeat at a time.
